About Coin Jump Challenge
Coin Jump Challenge is the vertical climber built around a single extra verb. You bounce automatically like the other climbers, but you also get one air jump per bounce — and the coin arcs are deliberately placed above the height a normal bounce reaches. Using the air jump to take them is what keeps the combo timer alive during the gap between platforms, which is where this game's high multipliers come from. Ignoring it and simply climbing works, but scores far less.
How to play
- You bounce automatically on landing. Steer left and right.
- Press Space or up in mid-air for a second jump. It is about 82 percent the height of a bounce.
- The air jump refreshes every time you land on a platform.
- Coin arcs sit above bounce height. Reaching them needs the second jump.
- The camera climbs only. Falling below the bottom ends the run.
How to collect coins in Coin Jump Challenge
Platform-level coin lines are collected by an ordinary bounce. The arcs above them require the air jump, timed at the top of your bounce rather than at the bottom. Because those arcs sit in the empty space between platforms, taking them is what stops the 2.0 second combo window from lapsing mid-climb.
Collectibles in this game
| Collectible | What it is worth |
|---|---|
| Coins | The baseline collectible, worth one unit of value. |
| Silver Coins | Worth two coins. Appears mixed into ordinary coin lines. |
| Bonus Tokens | Worth five coins and counts double toward the combo streak. |
Every coin here is virtual. Coins, gems, tokens and treasure in this game are in-game collectibles with a point value inside the game and no monetary value of any kind. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or withdrawn, and this site has no currency system.
Power-ups in Coin Jump Challenge
Power-ups appear during a run and activate the moment you touch one. None of them can be bought, none carry over between runs, and collecting one you already have refreshes its duration rather than stacking it.
-
MagnetPulls nearby coins, tokens and gems toward you for seven seconds. Treasure chests are never affected.
-
ShieldAbsorbs one hit and then breaks. It saves the run, but the combo streak still resets.
-
Double ValueDoubles the value of every collectible for eight seconds. Applies before the combo multiplier, so the two stack.
How scoring works
Coins are worth 10 points before multipliers and you earn two points per metre climbed. The base coin value is modest because a player using the air jump well collects a great deal more than one who is not.
Points for each pickup are its base value, multiplied by any active double-value effect, multiplied by your current combo tier. Distance and completion bonuses are awarded flat, outside that chain.
The combo system
The combo window is 2.0 seconds with tiers at 6, 14, 24, 38 and 54 and a 6x ceiling. That window is short enough that platform-level coins alone will not sustain a streak — the arcs are effectively mandatory for high multipliers.
Difficulty
Medium
Medium. Climbing is straightforward; climbing while chaining arc pickups on a 2.0 second timer is where the difficulty sits.
Tips for a better score
- Use the air jump at the apex of your bounce, not immediately after leaving the platform. Early use wastes most of the height.
- If you miss an arc, do not chase it downward. Falling to recover a missed pickup is how climbs end here.
- Screen wrap can save a bad drift. Running off one edge puts you on the other with your momentum intact.
- The multiplier power-up pairs best with a good arc chain, because the arcs are where your pickup rate peaks.
- When the climb gets fast, drop the arcs and simply survive. A 2x streak on a live run beats a 6x streak that ends.
Features

Coin Jump Challenge — frequently asked questions
How many jumps do I get?
One air jump per bounce. It refreshes every time you land, including on a crumbling platform.
Is the air jump as strong as a bounce?
No, about 82 percent as high. It is designed to reach the arcs, not to double your climb rate.
Are the coins worth real money?
No. They are virtual in-game collectibles worth points inside the game only.
Do I need the air jump to survive?
No. The platform spacing is always reachable by a normal bounce. The air jump is for coins and for recovery, not for progress.
