Intellectual property
All games, source code, artwork, level designs, characters, audio, written content, branding and site design on Coin Collector Arcade are original works and remain our property. Nothing here is licensed to you beyond the right to play the games and read the content as an individual user.
In-game coins have no value
This is important, so it is stated as a term rather than a note. All coins, gems, tokens, treasure and other collectibles within the games on this site are virtual in-game objects. They have a point value inside a game and no monetary or other value outside it.
They cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred, exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn. There is no currency system, wallet, store or payment facility anywhere on this site. No transaction of any kind is possible here. Anyone suggesting otherwise — including any third party claiming to buy or sell coins from this site — is not connected to us.
High scores
Scores are stored in your own browser. We do not hold them, cannot restore them, and make no guarantee that they will persist — clearing your browser data, using a different device, or a browser that blocks site data will all result in their loss. Treat them as a local record, not as something we are keeping for you.
Availability
We make no guarantee that the site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that it will work identically on every device or browser. We test on current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari on desktop and mobile. Older or unusual browsers may not work correctly.
